SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately.
This confirms that:
- Your order has been received in our system
- Your payment method has been pre-authorized
After receiving your order, we contact our fulfillment team to verify that the item is in stock and ready for shipment.
- If the item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
- If the item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will complete the charge and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Shipment
If your item is in stock and your payment has been processed, your order will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking information within 24 hours at the email address you provided during checkout.

Damages
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- If you notice visible damage on arrival, please note it when signing for delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours with clear photos:

We will immediately assist you and file an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of whether the order has shipped.
If your order has already shipped:
- You (the customer) are responsible for the actual return shipping cost
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method
