❌ Cancellations & Refunds
- All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of whether the order has shipped.
- If your order has already shipped, you (the customer) are responsible for the actual return shipping charges.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
❓ Can I return or exchange an item?
✔ Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your damaged item

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For sanitary and safety reasons:
❌ WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS.
Once a product has been opened, worn, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
📝 Additional Notes
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet our return requirements.
