Cancellations & Refunds

  • All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of whether the order has shipped.
  • If your order has already shipped, you (the customer) are responsible for the actual return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your damaged item
  • Email us with clear photos or proof of damage at:

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement if eligible.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary and safety reasons:

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS.

Once a product has been opened, worn, or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.


📝 Additional Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item does not meet our return requirements.
